I actually went to the Detroit location of Harbor House for my terrible experience. If you have been there you know they are supposed to give free bread with every meal. I paid for 5 meals but I didn't get all the bread and my guest were not happy about it. So I tried to ask for more bread (at least one per person like normal) and they tried to charge me for it. $2 for bread! Are you kidding me? For something that was supposed to come with the meal! So of course I called over the manager/owner who is over both locations and he was the biggest jerk you could ever meet. He was extremely arrogant. He acted like he didn't care if we came back or not and that it was okay for him to go charging arbitrary prices whenever he felt like it. Well it's not! And I am not recommending this place to anyone else. Don't go there if you want to be treated fairly because they don't understand the meaning of fair and equitable. He was a Grade A a**hole!
