I scheduled an appointment for laser hair removal, and the receptionist told me the first available appointment was in over a month. I took the appointment, drove all the way out to Tysons, and the unhelpful and unfriendly receptionist told me that the woman who performs that procedure was not in today. Why would you schedule an appointment for that procedure if you know that it cannot be done on that date?
She ""fits me in"" at a later date. I then had to wait over one hour after my scheduled appointment time to even see anybody (note that the office was completely empty). During this hour, the receptionist did nothing to apologize for the wait or give me any idea of how much longer it would be. I've honestly never dealt with such an unfriendly and unprofessional staff and would strongly discourage anybody from going here.
