Not only do i agree with the other posters here about difficulty getting appts, showing up for an appt only to wait an HOUR, or worse, showing up and finding that the person scheduled to treat you was out...but not it looks like they may be out of business! Theire number says ""not taking calls"" and when I try the BriteSmile hdqrts number for customer service I keep getting a fast busy. Glad I had most of my Velashape donw...but still have several more teeth whitening sessions I already paid for :( more

I scheduled an appointment for laser hair removal, and the receptionist told me the first available appointment was in over a month. I took the appointment, drove all the way out to Tysons, and the unhelpful and unfriendly receptionist told me that the woman who performs that procedure was not in today. Why would you schedule an appointment for that procedure if you know that it cannot be done on that date? She ""fits me in"" at a later date. I then had to wait over one hour after my scheduled appointment time to even see anybody (note that the office was completely empty). During this hour, the receptionist did nothing to apologize for the wait or give me any idea of how much longer it would be. I've honestly never dealt with such an unfriendly and unprofessional staff and would strongly discourage anybody from going here. Cons: Awful Customer Service more

I bought a groupon for Britesmile back in December. Up until now I have still been unable to schedule an appointment with Britesmile because they accommodate very few Groupon buyers a week. Not to mention that the receptionist scheduled an appointment for me that mysteriously disappeared from the books the next week (even though I called to confirm twice). They then told me that they could not accommodate me for another month! The other receptionist I spoke to was extremely apathetic and would not give me the name of the receptionist I had previously spoken to and was even hesitant to give me her manager's name and phone number. Mixed feelings because the facilities are some of the nicest I've seen, but the customer service is patchy (can be hard to book appointments). They opened not that long ago so that may have something to do with it. Wait until they've worked out the kinks. Pros: Clean, new facilities & equipment Cons: Inconsistent customer service. more

I stopped to inquire information while 2 women sitting and chatting behind the counter who were extremely reluctant and snooty to address my query, even booking a consultations. The receptionist asked for me number to call me back to book the consultation! She needed to look at the schedule! HORRIBLE customer service... more
