I have practiced yoga at virtually every studio and Y in Middle TN and this one is my fav. All are unique in their own way. What I love about Yoga Country is the feeling of community and their desire to make sure that you are satisfied. I started yoga because of personal troubles and needed an outlet. The owner Amy has a Yoga Ambassador program and she helped me find a class that would fit my goals at the time. Those trouble are long gone but she continues to keep in contact and help me set new intentions so I can continue to grow. She's a very special and caring person and that's what makes this studio my yoga home.
