If you expect repairs of an older house, expect them to laugh at you. If they do repair something, expect it to be substandard. Two of the maintenance guys are respectful and seem knowledgable. One is just plain scary. They are good about pets, do not know about move out yet, since I am a current tenant. I was very disappointed about the maintenance.
