Lousy maintenance, rude employees 3/23/2010

If you expect repairs of an older house, expect them to laugh at you. If they do repair something, expect it to be substandard. Two of the maintenance guys are respectful and seem knowledgable. One is just plain scary. They are good about pets, do not know about move out yet, since I am a current tenant. I was very disappointed about the maintenance. Pros: Good pet policy, reasonable rates Cons: very poor repairs, one of maintenance guys very scary more

terrible management 4/1/2009

they're careless, dirty, and irresponsible. they're out for your money, and if you do not show up to the move out inspection, they will do whatever they can and blame you for things that you did not do, just so they can make a few extra bucks. do not rent from them!!!!! Pros: cheap Cons: everything else more

Completely Lacking in Management... 7/17/2007

I've seen Houses (Namely those on West Elm) That have HOLES In the floor,Leaking Rooftops,Mice,Roaches and when contacted for maintainance Little or nothing is done.BRUCE MURRAY the ""Owner"" is Argumentative and in my opinion,A Slumlord.\r \r DO NOT rent from this Management company.
