Absolutely horrible experience! Purchased a full set of furniture on 1/6/2010. Today is 3/29/2010 and still have not received it. We were told max 4-6 weeks for delivery. I've been given the run around so many times. Been given several delivery dates and still nothing! The sales guy at Bel even took it upon himself to change our order after we had already paid. He changed our recliner from a rocker/electric recliner to just a rocker recliner. The customer service has told me sooooo many lies. Constantly blaming the manufac. ""Southern Motion"". I finally contacted ""Southern Motion"" and they show that Bel picked up the furniture from them on 3/11. I contacted Bel and they say they don't have the furniture. What recourse do I have!!!! I want a refund! Unfortunately the receipt says no refunds or exchanges. I have definately learned my lesson. We are in the process of furnishing our new home and we will definately not be going back to BEL.
