Leslie Pool Supply service representative spoke rudely on the phone, would not give information regarding a part ordered, and told me he was too busy to attend to my issue which had been going on from March 12, 2010 unitl March 22, 2010. I called another pool parts supplier and the part was recieved in 24 hours. I wanted the rating to be no stars, but not allowed to publish without 1 star. more
