Good Place overall 11/5/2011

They have good advice, which I fail to follow so problems occur and they do not lecture me about it. They fix my equipment well which is awesome. They test my water for free and tell me its bad, I do not like that part. Their repair service is great if you are not in a panicked hurry; for those of you that are, go pay a higher price someplace else for immediate service. I do not like being bumped in rotatation for you big winnie babies. more

Pool looks great 10/17/2011

I was once a naive and perplexed pool owner but after several trips to Leslie's Pool Supply and speaking with the staff I knew I could handle it myself. It has been nearly 3 years since I first set foot in Leslies and I have always had a crystal clear pool. The staff is always courteous and makes me feel welcomed. I've often overheard customers come in and complain about treatments not working but in every case a customer did something wrong or omitted a chemical. I follow everything they say to the t and they have never steered me wrong. Thank you Leslies more

Poor Customer Relations 3/24/2010

Leslie Pool Supply service representative spoke rudely on the phone, would not give information regarding a part ordered, and told me he was too busy to attend to my issue which had been going on from March 12, 2010 unitl March 22, 2010. I called another pool parts supplier and the part was recieved in 24 hours. I wanted the rating to be no stars, but not allowed to publish without 1 star. more
