went to Home Depot in Monrovia to buy a scrow for my patio door... very simple buy however, the size of the original screw was different than what displayed... NO one in the Hardware dpet to ask for help!!!, i ask the 2 cashiers to page for help... they did 2-4 times but no one shows up ..as i am was in rush... I have to buy 3-4 different screw to check which on fits my needs... i was so mad about the service ... Martin, store manager at that night was not managing anything :( if you are in hurry do not shop there... if you have few hours to buy just one screw go ahead.
