I went in to mail a phone back to verizon. Seems simple? I was not sure where to affix shipping label so left it off of the box. Went in to my neighborhood shipping business. Support local businesses is what I aim for. Well I went in with my boxes and shipping label and the gal behind the counter was very pleasant and when I explained that I didnt know where the shipping label went a lady from the back (Mary the owner of the local business) says well you cant read!!! I cant believe she said that to me. Who says what you cant read. So I proceeded with my request .I was so furious. So in the mean time they charged me a dollar for tape on top of the rude and unpleasant experience I had.I looked all over the label to see if it had instructions on where I put the damn label. The owner of the business actually ran out of the store to give a fax back to a lady who was driving away. Who cant read again?????? Will never step back in that store again. I am also contacting fed ex about a store that represents them and how they treat their customers. I am in customer service and never have I said to a customer what you cant read the menu!!!! I would never expect that from the owner. What a shame
