Customer service : Jay's Automotive has always made me feel that my vehicles and my satisfaction matter to them. Work is always done in a reasonable amount of time. I am always informed, to the best of their knowledge, what to expect. I am always informed of the status of my car's condition, any forseeable problems developing and any periodic maintenance due to be done in the near future. I have suggested that I thought I may need certain work done in the past and, on more than one occasion, upon inspection I was informed that the work was not necessary, despite the fact that the work in question would have been significantly profitable for the shop.
