Quality of Work at Jay's Automotive is what you would expect from Skilled Professionals. Customer service : Jay's Automotive has always made me feel that my vehicles and my satisfaction matter to them. Work is always done in a reasonable amount of time. I am always informed, to the best of their knowledge, what to expect. I am always informed of the status of my car's condition, any forseeable problems developing and any periodic maintenance due to be done in the near future. I have suggested that I thought I may need certain work done in the past and, on more than one occasion, upon inspection I was informed that the work was not necessary, despite the fact that the work in question would have been significantly profitable for the shop. I have brought all my vehicle maintenance and repair business to Jay's Automotive for about Six or Seven years now because they are Trustworthy, Skilled Professionals Who Take Good Care of my cars and always show their appreciation for my patronage. I am treated like a friend as well as a customer.
