This company should not be in business. If you own and they represent your building beaware...They want to immediately raise the dues once there your management company. Additionally, are so good at Bulls*&&^ that they convince inexperience boards to practice the art of being rude to the members, gossiping about members, and not fixing a Da*&^n thing around the building. Now I feel like I live in an unkempt apartment building. Run Run Run if they want to be your management company.
