My experience has been with my sister-in-law, the bride. We had an appointment (it's appt. only) over a month in advance, drove up with all the women in the family from out-of-town, and I was not admitted because I brought my nursing, immobile baby. As MANY others have said here, they were totally rude about it, and give me a break, who do they think they are anyway? While I cooled my heels elsewhere for over four hours, my sil and all the family picked out thousands of $$ worth of dresses, only to then be told they don't handle flower girls, period, so she had to go searching for those somewhere else. Additionally the ""salon"" didn't even offer them champagne, drinks, anything--I've gotten better service at a nail salon. They are so paranoid about their ""sensitive"" merchandise. Well guess what, Neiman's doesn't treat the customer like this. After everything, they also made my sil make appointments for her fittings and so forth, and wouldn't even accomodate the days/times she needed because they are so special and busy. BOTTOM LINE: There are lots of bridal salons out there, and I would recommend bypassing this one for one that caters to the customer, not the other way around.
Pros: Good selection
Cons: Rude, Arbitrary, Uppity, Unconcerned w/customer
