During our final consultation, we had told Kathy that we needed several handicap parking spaces, one for my great-grandmother who needs a wheel chair to get to and from. The thing that touched me the most was that Kathy's husband came over and helped get my grandmother out of the car and into her wheelchair and then pushed her inside until it was time to start the wedding. They checked on her frequently during the evening including bringing her something to drink as soon as the wedding was over.
I enjoyed peaking out of the front window from my bridal suite, watching everyone get seated. When it was my turn, standing at the front door, waiting to make my grand entrance, I got butterflies. However, when I walked outside holding onto my Dad's arm and saw all my friends and family and how gorgeous everything looked, I couldn't wait to get down the isle.
The food was great and everyone raved over Kathy's cake. We even took some with us for a late night snack! After the cake they dimmed the lights for lots of dancing. I even had Pete play a few of the old songs that my parents used to dance to (KC and the Sunshine Band ""Get Down Tonight"").
It was the perfect evening, not just for me, but for my friends and especially my family as well.
Pros: Staff was very helpful, park like lawn, intimate interior
Cons: That my wedding had to come to an end
