I brought my beloved german shepherd to 2H4P when she was diagnosed with degenerative mylopathy. I had been trying all of my ""medical options"" and was referred to them by my veterinarian. ""Audrey's"" prognosis was for 6 months no use of her back legs what so ever. She lived 2.5 years after that prognosis and I have 2H4P to thank for that. It was the only treatment (and I tried everything) that made any difference. Perhaps the best part was it improved her quality of life, as her mobility deteriorated she thrived on her bi-weekly swims. I also depended a great deal of the support from Leslie and the staff to walk me through the last 2.5 years of her life and help me make both her and MY life and easy as possible.
