After leaving my computer with the geek squad for a few days I expected to be able to pick it up. I returned at the designated time and found that they hadn't even started the virus removal process. I inquired as to how much longer it would take to complete the service and the young man who was helping me couldn't give me a definite day and asked for me to call back when the manager was there. Concerned and a bit annoyed left and called later that day. I feel like the poor customer service exhibited by them was starting to wear thing upon me. Another few days pass and I return to pick it up again with the same excuse as to why it wasn't ready yet. So I just asked for the computer back. I could not trust that I wouldn't be waiting another 2 weeks. I left with my computer and proceeded to look for another service.
