Our 12 year old was taken there this past Sunday for not eating and not going(went pee not number 2) potty, the dr on call said that he had (some) dehydration but his heart sounded good, He told us that they want to keep him 24 hours give him IV fluids for hydration ever though he told us he wasnt that dehydrated. My husband agreed to letting them keep him 24 hours as well as give him blood work to see what was wrong. not even 4 hours later they called us to tell us that he was hydrated but had a heart attack and that we should come see him before he passes away, we live 5 mins away, we got there and they threw us in a room and told us he had died! It wasn't so much that our lab had past away it was all the fees and the way the office staff acts! they charged us 575.00 dollars just for labs and Ivs then(another 400 if we wanted xrays), they took 275.00 deposit and after he past away they told us they wanted 45.00 more dollars! They ended up refunding us some of our money but I will never take any of my animals there again, I feel that they didn't do what they said then to tell us they ""think"" he had a heart attack but weren't sure. I just don't feel the bed side manor of any of the employees was good, they didn't try to make our 12 yr old daughter feel comfortable and the way they told us he had past away was just not professional.
