On yesterday evening around 8:30 pm I went to Southern Blues to purchase some vegetables for my dinner. I had always purchased from them over the past few years, but had not been in quite some time. When I entered into the establishment, I asked the gentlemen if he had cabbage and he replied, ""NO we are all out for the night."". I then asked what vegetables he still had. Instead of answering my question his phone rings and proceeds to ignore me & answer the phone leaving me standing there wondering what just happened. I looked at him and turned and left. But the ironic thing about it is he never said anything to me as I walked outof the door. Such poor customer service these days and what they don't understand is that we keep them in business. I hope he was just having a bad night or he may need to be replaced before you lose alot of business.
