After a bad experience with Geek Squad, I decided to find a personal repair service that I could trust. I had been
taken for a ride by Best buy's Geek Squad so I was weary of any other service. I started reading reviews and I wasn't
the only person who had this type of experience. While reading I found a few suggestions as to an alternative. I kept
seeing the name secure remote support so I thought I'd give them a call and ask some questions. After a brief
conversation I had them connect to my pc and do something the tech called ""optimization"" or something like that. It
was quick and painless which was the polar opposite of my previous experience at Geek Squad.
