I started boot camp about 5 months ago and I absolutely love it and can?t think of starting my day without it! I?ve lost weight, inches and body fat. I?ve been challenged and have gained a lot of confidence since starting boot camp. Sam keeps the workouts fun and exciting for all fitness levels. I have met some amazing women who have welcomed and encouraged me from the very first day. I still have a ways to go to reach my fitness goal but I know with boot camp that I can do it! I highly recommend boot camp for anyone looking for change and challenge in a fun and supportive environment.
