When I heard about boot camp I was hopeful but scared...it looked fun but it had been years since I had worked out and I wondered if I could survive it! But more than being scared, I was sick and tired of my fat body and my lack of energy. I was impressed with the number of campers that return after their first camp and I figured that says a lot so I decided to just go for it! I am SO happy I did...I was welcomed by our amazing trainer Krys and and so encouraged by all my Bootcamp Buddies! We are all different fitness levels and somehow Krys manages to challenge us all every day, but yet never leaves anyone behind. We are always doing something new and creative...NOTHING like a group exercise class at a gym! Almost a year later, I'm addicted. I have reached so many goals and reaching for new ones. I am lighter, leaner, stronger, with the confidence and energy that I need to keep up with my kids, run my business and be the mom, wife and ME I really WANT to be. I can't say enough great things about this program!
Pros: RESULTS! awesome trainers, always new always challenging
Cons: one week break between camps :(
