Boot Camp is a very effective and fun. I had no idea I would enjoy an hour of strenuous workout so much. Sam is very creative and keeps the boot camp interesting. He also offers nutritional tips! My energy level is off the charts. It hasn't been this high in 30 years. The ladies in the class are extremely supportive and very friendly. This is the best gift my husband has given me in quite a while!!! more

Great way to keep fit 1/13/2012

Completed my first week of Boot Camp with trainer Sam in Mansfield and what a week! Great workout but lots of fun. The encouragement you receive from other members is awesome! Highly recommend it for an overall body workout that's fun. more

what a great workout....in one hour you get a great total body workout. The trainer is motivating and pushes you. Worth every penny! The best is when your friends ask what you have been doing....worth all the soreness and you feel great! more

Great Workouts! 9/2/2011

It has been years since I last worked out and was a bit nervous about going BUT I was definitely tired of my clothes not fitting. I'm glad I didn't let my nerves get the best of me. The trainer is great and very encouraging. I don't think I've ever been more sore but I'm not complaining, the soreness will go away and I'll keep showing up for more. more

The best decision I've made in a long time! 9/2/2011

I started camp in March of this year (2011) and it was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. The first week is the toughest - but you go at your own pace and EVERYONE (truly everyone) are super supportive and encouraging. Sam and all the trainers are really good and know what they are always helpful with any questions that you may have. I'm lucky that my group are amazing women and we all help and support each in and outside camp. I've lost a ton of weight and gained muscle but not the bulky muscle that no woman wants.....it's really one of the highlights of my day. I highly recommend joining up, you won't regret it. I could go on and on....but my little munchkin is up from his nap! Never thought BOOTCAMP could be so enjoyable! 2/14/2011

This is my first time going to bootcamp. after failed attempts at working out alon and going to gyms, I thought that this was the last resort. In all actuality, this should have been my first choice. It is very challenging, fun and I know that from this experience my life will never be the same. In one weeks' time I have learned things that will be beneficial to me and hopefully, I can convince others to join Adventure Bootcamp. They will not be disappointed!!! more

Best Part of Wakin' Up!!! 4/14/2010

When I heard about boot camp I was hopeful but scared...it looked fun but it had been years since I had worked out and I wondered if I could survive it! But more than being scared, I was sick and tired of my fat body and my lack of energy. I was impressed with the number of campers that return after their first camp and I figured that says a lot so I decided to just go for it! I am SO happy I did...I was welcomed by our amazing trainer Krys and and so encouraged by all my Bootcamp Buddies! We are all different fitness levels and somehow Krys manages to challenge us all every day, but yet never leaves anyone behind. We are always doing something new and creative...NOTHING like a group exercise class at a gym! Almost a year later, I'm addicted. I have reached so many goals and reaching for new ones. I am lighter, leaner, stronger, with the confidence and energy that I need to keep up with my kids, run my business and be the mom, wife and ME I really WANT to be. I can't say enough great things about this program! Pros: RESULTS! awesome trainers, always new always challenging Cons: one week break between camps :( more

I Heart Boot Camp! 4/14/2010

I'm so glad I found Burleson Adventure Boot Camp! With my hectic career and family schedules, it has always been hard for me to find the motivation to get to the gym... or even around the block! Krys and my fellow boot campers give me the motivation and the encouragement to push myself each morning. I feel healthier, have more energy, and my hips are shrinking! Pros: There's always something new to do. No boring routines here Cons: I don't NEED my coffee anymore! =) more

Boot Camp ROCKS!!!!!! 4/14/2010

I joined Burleson Boot Camp over a year ago. It's the absolute BEST! Krys and Sam are excellent trainers from the workouts to the nutrition. I really honestly don't know what I would do without boot camp. Even if you are busy and have your plate full, boot camp will give you the energy that you need to get thru the day. It's challenging and never boring!! I never thougth that I could do yoga/pilates but Krys incorporates it Boot Camp style and it's ""easy"". It's fun, challenging and the ladies of boot camp and Krys are always there to support you!!! Pros: You feel great all day long, you gain lots of confidence Cons: I can't think of any! more

Not only is Boot Camp fun, it is a challenging workout every day. The trainers really do a great job of keeping your body guessing to help you get the results you want. I have been in Boot Camp for over 2 years now and it has totally changed my life. Boot Camp helps me have more energy during the day and sleep better at night. And Sam and Krys helped me look and feel awesome on my wedding day!!! Pros: Lose weight, feel great, meet fun people Cons: Not one! more

Fun & exciting for all fitness levels 3/24/2010

I started boot camp about 5 months ago and I absolutely love it and can?t think of starting my day without it! I?ve lost weight, inches and body fat. I?ve been challenged and have gained a lot of confidence since starting boot camp. Sam keeps the workouts fun and exciting for all fitness levels. I have met some amazing women who have welcomed and encouraged me from the very first day. I still have a ways to go to reach my fitness goal but I know with boot camp that I can do it! I highly recommend boot camp for anyone looking for change and challenge in a fun and supportive environment. Pros: Starting your day off feeling great! more

Bootcamp is the best decision I have made for my life and health. I have been a part of Mansfield boot camp with Sam for 3 years now. Boot camp gives me energy and confidence. It betters your life overall and creates a happy environment. Boot camp has people of all shapes and sizes and offers fitness levels that anyone can handle. Sam offers a very positive environment at camp with endless encouragement and plenty of laughs. I can promise this will be the best decision you make and the most fun you will ever have working out! LOVE LOVE LOVE Bootcamp ! 3/19/2010

I joined the Burleson Bootcamp a little over 1 year ago ago have gone from a size 14 to a size 6 and dropped 42 lbs and almost 40 inches. Krys is a wonderful trainer too! She keeps it new and exciting all the time. I have also met the most incredible women that have become great friends. Pros: Great trainers! Cons: Getting up so early in the morning. more

I started bootcamp about 3 months before my wedding (July 2009) and I absolutely loved it! I was toned and happy at my wedding. I have been back at bootcamp for 3 months now and I love it! Sam pushes you to what he knows you can do and will call you out if you aren't pushing yourself, which is what I need! Love getting to know all the other wonderful women in the morning bootcamp! It is really early in the morning but I know myself and I would make an excuse for the evening camp, so I like getting my workout done! If you are looking for a challenging yet fun and new type of workout, bootcamp is a place to try! Pros: Best of both world: group exercise & personal training Cons: Early in the morning (but there is an evening) more
