Just a few miles out of San Jose we were experiencing some trouble with our moter home. With the help of 411 we contacted Family RV and they provided us with detailed directions and were waiting for us as we arrived. Being new to the area and close to lunch time the staff was kind enough to take us to a restaurant while our coach was being repaired. We were pleasantly surprized when we returned to pick up our motor home to learn that the problem was repaired and covered under the manufactures warranty. It was an awesome experience, the staff and service department we feel went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you Family RV
