Spoke with a ""Chris"" and after I told him I would like to cancel he became rude and very short on the phone. I had constant problems with the equipment. I attempted to get a Tech out but was put on hold for so long that I hung up. On hold for 20 min. 2nd time I called I was put on hold for 30 min before hanging up. Never was able to get through to make an appointment. Called Dish Network and they were out and installed the satellite the next day. Way cheaper and better picture qulity than Comcast. Cons: Bad CS, Bad equipment more
