Enough is Enough...Prices too High...Good Bye! 11/14/2010

After 4 long years, enough is enough. I am completely worn out w/ unpredictable monthly charges, promotions with abrupt endings, gotcha charges, done w/ it!....I switched to Dish network - so far great customer service and reception w/ HD recording on 2 TV's for less than $35/mo...yep I got the 100 channel pkg - and that's enough TV to meet my needs. I can record on one TV and watch the recording on the other one...I like that...all for less than $35 including taxes!.. Your prices are too dang HIGH...Good Bye. more

Horrible Customer Service 3/15/2010

Spoke with a ""Chris"" and after I told him I would like to cancel he became rude and very short on the phone. I had constant problems with the equipment. I attempted to get a Tech out but was put on hold for so long that I hung up. On hold for 20 min. 2nd time I called I was put on hold for 30 min before hanging up. Never was able to get through to make an appointment. Called Dish Network and they were out and installed the satellite the next day. Way cheaper and better picture qulity than Comcast. Cons: Bad CS, Bad equipment more

i have had both internet and cable service, both i constantly had bad modems and internet outages!! terrible service, go with att dsl, its actually faster and waaaay cheaper!! Pros: cant think of one Cons: constant technician calls for problems more
