The customer service at this store is terrible. The employees totally disrespect and mistreat customers. Do NOT ever go to this location. The store is more interested in selling you mailing supplies than deliver your package. They will BS you that they can't accept your package unless they package for you or unless they re-tape the package. The pricing is outrageous. ($20cent a sheet for copying, $1 for a strip of tape etc..) I received awful customer services here last week. I tried to mail a package at this store. I left the box open thought they wanted to see what's inside. Because it was raining outside, I taped the box in the store. The customer service guy was acting rude and wanted to charge me $2 for ""tapping in the store"". he said he had to re-tape it or else he can't take my package. It was totally ridiculous. I don't see any difference between my tape and their tape. Do not do any shipping from here and watch out for any unnecessary charges. I am just trying to warn other people away from a place where they will have a bad experience. Cons: bad customer service more
