Ups Store

Terrible customer service. I carried a box in and placed on the counter, soon was directed to put the box on the floor, then was later directed to lift up and then move to the next counter. As they are playing their customers. The person who worked their gave a bunch of restrictions, such as ""we don't have this, you can't do this and that"" I was their to mail out a package, instead was being mistreated. Google other UPS location. Do not go to this one. Parking was very difficult as well. Worst UPS ever. more

Yes I recently went to this UPS Store to get some printing done and the service was great and the people who worked there were friendly. I recommend anyone who wants any printing and shipping done go there. more

This store give up to 40% discount on UPS and international shipping. No other store offers this. Thanks Kern....my package arrived in the UK without any problems. more

Stopped by to drop off and my return cell for T-Mobile and I was in and out in less than 5 mins...thanks guys, I did not want to be late for work more

The customer service at this store is terrible. The employees totally disrespect and mistreat customers. Do NOT ever go to this location. The store is more interested in selling you mailing supplies than deliver your package. They will BS you that they can't accept your package unless they package for you or unless they re-tape the package. The pricing is outrageous. ($20cent a sheet for copying, $1 for a strip of tape etc..) I received awful customer services here last week. I tried to mail a package at this store. I left the box open thought they wanted to see what's inside. Because it was raining outside, I taped the box in the store. The customer service guy was acting rude and wanted to charge me $2 for ""tapping in the store"". he said he had to re-tape it or else he can't take my package. It was totally ridiculous. I don't see any difference between my tape and their tape. Do not do any shipping from here and watch out for any unnecessary charges. I am just trying to warn other people away from a place where they will have a bad experience. Cons: bad customer service more
