I had my new Dell desktop arrive at my home, and although I thought it would be an easy setup, I didn't have the foggyest in transfering over my files and setting up my Outlook. So, I called the NYHelp company and they had a very nice gentleman named Lawrence come out to my apartment and set up my new computer with everything transferred and set up. He also gave me a tutorial on my new Windows 7 and quick shortcuts to make my life easier. Forever grateful!
