A-Line picked up my furniture on March 2 with a promise to deliver it to me in New Mexico on March 5th. When it hadn't arrived by March 10th, I called to see what was happening. I was treated very rudely and told that the furniture was still at their shop and would be shipped at their convenience. This was Roy Nagel, the owner of the company who spoke to me this way! I had to hire a u pack company to bring the furniture from Indiana to New Mexico - and A-Line movers still charged me $400.00 - which I had to pay because they were holding my furniture hostage.
Cons: terrible service, rude management, a complete ripoff
