We moved last Tuesday when the heaviest snow started falling. These guys were great, they were carefull and polite. Our move was not easy and the weather didn't help. We will reccomend them to everyone we know. We survived the blizzard of 2011. more

I moved last saturday and it was very cold, but these guys didn't complain they did a wonderful job and I will use them again and recomend them to everyone I know. more

I called this company to move me from Hobart to Indianapolis. I was asked if I could do Friday and I was told if I went with Friday that I would get a 10% discount. I was told that I had to pay a $100 deposit and I was fine with that I was told the $100 would be deducted from the overall fee. With unforeseenen circumstances, I was not able to move as planned on Friday. I tried calling the company on Thursday evening and this company had no voicemail so I kept calling in the morning hoping I would catch the movers before they arrived at my house because I wanted to be CONSIDERATE. The movers were scheduled to be at my house at 8AM. at 7:45 I was able to get someone and the guy/mover was rude! He said I would lose out on the deposit and I stated why, no one had done anything. I said I still wanted to use them because I still had to move and all he did was yell at me. If this business was so hard up for $100 then by all means keep it! A-Line picked up my furniture on March 2 with a promise to deliver it to me in New Mexico on March 5th. When it hadn't arrived by March 10th, I called to see what was happening. I was treated very rudely and told that the furniture was still at their shop and would be shipped at their convenience. This was Roy Nagel, the owner of the company who spoke to me this way! I had to hire a u pack company to bring the furniture from Indiana to New Mexico - and A-Line movers still charged me $400.00 - which I had to pay because they were holding my furniture hostage. Cons: terrible service, rude management, a complete ripoff more

I just relocated from Chicagoland to Southern California on a shoestring budget. The A-Line movers were courteous and professional and came in $1,000 under the estimate of their nearest competitor! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Movers were fine, management is terrible! I requested 3 movers & 2 showed up. When I called to the office to talk about the discrepancy, the "Manager" was very rude & unapologetic. He persisted in talking over me & even claimed that I was trying to "nickel & dime" the company. I told him that is not how you should treat customers & he proceeded to get defensive & yell. Wish I had checked reviews on Google maps first! more
