I have been working out with Whitney at Focused Energy for 6 months. This place is awesome. The lower back pain that I used to have is completely gone thanks to the training and stretching that I have been doing with Whitney. It is great to not have to worry about my back hurting in the morning. Whitney has the skills and experience about all aspects of your workout / physical training. She pushes you to improve each workout and is 110% focused on you during your time with her. A very professional trainer to work with and get your body fit. The other important part about my experience at Focused Energy is Whitney's knowledge of what your diet should be. She will write out things that you should be eating and point out things you should not be eating, when you should eat, where you can go to buy the correct foods, tips on how to prepare the food ...all of this to maximize your workouts. Diet is a huge part of your physical training plan with Whitney, and she definitely knows her stuff when it comes to both the diet AND the physical training. What a great combination! What a great place to get fit and stay fit.
