I am a very motivated person when it comes to my appearance. However, with regards to fitness, I become bored with the same old routine.Since I began training with Shaun about two years ago, I have become stronger, less bored with my workout, and more challenged. After having a baby 10 months ago, and training up until the very day I went into labor, I can tell you that thanks to my training regimine with Shaun, I lost my "baby weight" within days of having my son. My body has returned to it's pre-baby state. I continue to train and look forward to my workouts. Not only is this a great way to get a nice body, but an excellent stress reliever! Anyone can do this and it is worth making time in your schedule!
