There are lots of hi's and sometimes a "-'ll be right with you but all very insincere at best!! My last 4 recent visits concluded with me refunding my 300 tire and seeking service else where... I understand busy and I guess for now Discount has plenty of business (Price of goods) but like with any business price is never enough...my experience abriged is 1 tire replaced after leaving my car with them for 4 days; had to order tire retailer didn't have instock( understandable, BTW tire defective, not their fault )after they checked other tires sent me on my way,one week later blow out at 75 MPH, 8:45 at night between Gila Bend and Phx, highway 85; 2hrs later tow arrives.. Another story.Arrive Discount 8am.. Time # 2 explained about my tires for BMw are. Will only last 20K miles and I'm lucky to get that, that's mileage I had on the tires previously purchased at discount, the blown out tire was tagged defective and they replaced after charging me 60 dollars,"Certificate fee, for their free replacement policy", long, long story short gave them 569 dollars for 2 tires, first one they put on at 10am had to order the back came in same day said would call and tire for sure would be in by 1pm... No call went to shop at 1:30; tire hadn't arrived left came back 3:15 , tire arrived; they would get right with me, they didn't... Spoke to manager to wooried about defending instead of. Owning End of story lost a customer for life and anyone else I come in contact with...I will search for regional or corporate info on net.. This is the short version
