Horrible customer service 3/7/2010

I visited the spa for 3 treatments and when I arrived and requested my massage last they told me that I could not have the order that I prefered because they were fully booked. The staff did not even attempt to accomodate my request. When I suggested that maybe the staff should ask for preference when the appointment is booked, the manager was very indignant and unresponsive. I did not feel like a valued customer. I left and wrote to the manager who said sorry we were busy and if my staff do not ask, for your preference, you the customer have to ask them. They have no clue about good customer service. If this was an indication of the service that I would receive, I knew that it would not be relaxing at all. I will never go back, nor refer anyone there. more
