On our second appointment, after seeing the receptionist, plebotimist, and nurse we were stunned when a subtitute doctor walked in. Not one employee mentioned the fact that our doctor was on leave. Rude as that was , it didn't come close to the response for home care that we felt was needed. The response was." There are brochures up front"The uncaring attitude and total negativity especially in a situation that called for compassion and understanding was unethical. Nobody was there when needed. When prescriptions were needed we were told to call our regular doctor. Having been through a cancer scenario before I know how things should have been and this was not it . This is outregeous and will be brought to the attention of the AMA
