This doctor and his office are horrible. When prescriptions were needed he refused to write them instead referring us to our family physician. He was rude. Did not call patient by first name. On our second appointment, after seeing the receptionist, plebotimist, and nurse we were stunned when a subtitute doctor walked in. Not one employee mentioned the fact that our doctor was on leave. Rude as that was , it didn't come close to the response for home care that we felt was needed. The response was." There are brochures up front"The uncaring attitude and total negativity especially in a situation that called for compassion and understanding was unethical. Nobody was there when needed. When prescriptions were needed we were told to call our regular doctor. Having been through a cancer scenario before I know how things should have been and this was not it .
