I purchased my pellet stove from them about 5 years ago and have called on several occassions to have them come and clean and service it. One year I called 20 times and still nothing, they would get back to me....... Yeah right. I finally called the manufacturer of the stove, told them my problem with Sippican stove and they directed me to an individual who came out from canton, MA to service my stove. Very pleasant to you to get the sale, but hope you never need them cause they will never come and most stores only service stoves they have installed so its a catch 22. I wouldnt buy #$(* from them ever again.....
