Don't expect any service after the sale 2/23/2010

I purchased my pellet stove from them about 5 years ago and have called on several occassions to have them come and clean and service it. One year I called 20 times and still nothing, they would get back to me....... Yeah right. I finally called the manufacturer of the stove, told them my problem with Sippican stove and they directed me to an individual who came out from canton, MA to service my stove. Very pleasant to you to get the sale, but hope you never need them cause they will never come and most stores only service stoves they have installed so its a catch 22. I wouldnt buy #$(* from them ever again..... Pros: Nice stoves Cons: No Service more

Horrible service 6/9/2009

If you get a stove installed by these people pray you never need it serviced. They have not shown up to any appointment we have made on time, and do not come until we have called to tell them we have been waiting. Owner has lied about showing up with no one here to let him in while we have been sitting waiting at the open front door. Simple fixes turned into multiple visits because they do not know how to service their own product. We settled for this company because it was local and we thought convenient... word of advice avoid sippican stove at all costs! Pros: none Cons: very unprofessional, uneducated more

Perfect service and Product 2/11/2009

Dennis and his wife have provided fabulous service, I bought my Harmon stove from them, they delivered it, installed it and it has been nothing but great. I needed the stove moved to another home after I bought it and they came right out and did another perfect installation. Thank you both Chip Gray eag_618@yahoo more
