I am new to the Pasadena area. I had never heard of Bevin and Brock until I found one of their ads on Craig’s List. My experience with them was an eye-opener. Not only was the rental staff very attentive, but just as I was about to sign my lease, the owner of the company, Mr. Bevin, came out of his office to introduce himself. He gave me his business card, with his direct office phone number and his e-mail. He told me that if I ever had a problem with service at the office, I could contact him directly.
One of the ladies in the rental department said that he almost always does that. That was a huge surprise to me, that a company owner could be that accessible.
Well, two weeks later I had a problem with my heater. I called my property manager, but he did not answer. I was concerned that my problem would just get lost in voice mail. I called Mr. Bevin. He answered and took care of the problem right away, and I had my heater working by noon the next day. This seems like a good service.
