We were disappointed with Dr.Friedman's discourtesy to our mother. She's a diabetic and gets these dizzy foggy spells. Plus she can't hear unless you enunciate and look at her. When she didn't need surgery Dr. Rick Friedman didn't give us the time of day! My sister was in tears but I saw it as wasted time and money. We waited 2 hours. It cost dearly to be told to take vitamins! Then we got a hard sell on expensive hearing aids we found at another place for much less!\r

Pros: Dr. H House was great to our father
Cons: Younger Drs rushed, disinterested and expensive!!
