We were completely mislead and charged a total of $395 for an ignitor on a standard water heater nothing special. Not on call hours either. Do you know a new water heater is $450? I could have gotten a new warranty. I called just to ask about their pricing (after the fact), I was told I'd get a call back. I called Monday, Tuesday and WEdnesday morning and was told that they woudl email DAve (one of the owners) again. He never called back. All I wanted to do was ask a question about pricing, never gave them the address or that there was a previous service call. Why does the owner need to call me back when I just have a simple question about pricing? Rude horrible, will never use again!
