Im posting a letter sent to the clinic to explain what happened and why this is a poor clinic. I called them 3 times with no return call from the office manager. \r

Duke was seen at the ER Sunday Jan 31st. He was yelping in pain and had been lethargic since we brought him home on Saturday January 30th. X-rays were taken and pain medications were given at the ER. They also ended up putting a cast on Dukes elbow immobilizing the joint. This made it possible for Duke to stand and go to the bathroom as well as ease his pain. It just so happened that we had a puppy wellness exam scheduled for the Monday following our Sunday night visit to the ER. We feel that a thorough puppy wellness exam was not done. If had been, we feel the doctor would have notice the discoloration in Duke?s gums; which is a sign of a sick puppy and also a sign of the type of infection Duke was diagnosed with at Fox Valley.
