I really hate to slam any facility whose main function is to help animals, but I must state my experience in the case of Arboretum View. I hope everyone will look around a bit before deciding to go there. \r

In my cat's case it was an emergency. I called several places but Arboretum View was the only one willing/or able to see me. In fact, the other facilities that were not able to help me told me to go there which is why I did. I regret it that I did. \r

On the phone, Arboretum View staff didn't tell me there would be a wait before they'd see my cat. When I walked in I was shocked at the revolving door scene. It was 'standing room only'. People were everywhere holding their pets with varying degrees of urgency. The looks on their faces told me they'd been waiting in agony for some time. I joined the ranks & 'waited in the wings' with my cat & her emergency after the receptionist told me to have a seat. \r
