For a business that's basically based on communication, real estate agents are notorious for being hard to track down and contact. I've heard horror stories of the main method of contact being leaving a message with a bored sounding secretary and having to wait around for a callback. Not going to happen with Steve and Heather. Steve came to us with properties mere minutes after they were listed. For homes where we wrote offers, at times we had our offer in before anyone else had even seen the property.
If Steve was into corny REALTOR taglines, I'd tell him to start going by Steve Ostrom: The Advantage.
