I used to go here for waxing and pedicures, but no more. I liked the gal for waxing, but the one doing pedicures acted like there was someplace else she needed to be the whole time. Not relaxing! Today I called to make an appt for waxing (I get my pedi's elsewhere now). The first # gave a recording to call one of 3 different numbers depending on which location you wanted. So I called the # for Hawthorne Farm, said I wanted to make a spa appt, and the gal said she'd transfer me. Guess where I ended up? Back at the recording that tells you to call one of 3 different numbers depending on which location you wanted. I hung up, called the Hawthorne location again, was transferred again, and guess what? Back in the voicemail system asking me to call one of 3 different numbers depending on which location I wanted. I am DONE. They can't have my business anymore.
