This business has faced multiple lawsuits, one regarding racial discrimination, which both plaintiffs won. The owner has horrible work ethics and uses his workers and clients for whatever he can make out of them. The office manager lives out of a 1980s RV that the company owns. It's an odd, sad state of affairs.
If you want quality service backed by a business that you can trust, I would strongly urge you to go elsewhere.
Pros: Knowing I never have to use them again.
Cons: Owner (Norm) is rude, money grubbing and unprofessional.
