Very pleased 2/11/2012

My wife hired them to clean our windows and some siding as we are trying to sell our home. I wasn't here, so this is by her report. They came on time (after we rescheduled due to a showing) and worked in freezing cold weather. Price was reasonable and exactly as quoted. We asked them to power wash some spots on the siding as well, and they did this for a reasonable price. My wife has notoriously been a poor judge of contractors and I cringe when I heard she hires someone. This time it really worked out. I think they did a very good job. more

Great Service! I will use them again! 4/24/2011

I have had nothing but great service from The Window Man Inc. located in St. Louis, MO. I saw the below review and questioned the owner. Here is what I found out... The person RoboSamurai was a new hire that was let go after 28 days due to dishonest work ethics. And that all his claims are not true and were meant to hurt this business, as a retaliation for losing his job. Honest reviews are Priceless! As a small business owner who relies on Customer Reviews I believe it is only fair to let others know what I found out. I will continue to use The Window Man Inc. for years to come! They are Professional, Prompt and offer Great Customer Service! Thanks guys! more

Horrible Service. 2/1/2010

This business has faced multiple lawsuits, one regarding racial discrimination, which both plaintiffs won. The owner has horrible work ethics and uses his workers and clients for whatever he can make out of them. The office manager lives out of a 1980s RV that the company owns. It's an odd, sad state of affairs. If you want quality service backed by a business that you can trust, I would strongly urge you to go elsewhere. Pros: Knowing I never have to use them again. Cons: Owner (Norm) is rude, money grubbing and unprofessional. more
