Now they say there are only several ways to actually relieve stress. For me, next to sleeping would be a nice workout. I don't go on a regular basis like I use to but I do still call it home when I'm not in a very good mood.
The best thing I think is that your not only limited to lifting weights or doing straight cardio on a treadmill, you also have the option of running a ball game or swimming. Once you’re all pooped out from doing that take a chill pill and relax in the sauna to really clear your mind.
Pros: Good amount of machines, in-door basketball and raquet ball.
Cons: Gets pretty packed at certain times.
