I've had two dealings with the Scuba Center that set it apart from the other dive shops in the area -- and both have been negative. Example: bought an $80 snorkel that bled water. Not sure why, don't care why. Been diving and snorkeling for 20 years. Had to buy a new one in Cozumel. Brought it back and, after grilling me, huffing and staring, and then pulling it apart, they handed it back to me and essentially said ""tough luck, we don't see any problem."" Second experience was equally unpleasant, and I'm a pretty easy-going guy. Be careful.
Pros: Nice young lady.
Cons: Customer service and policies.
